Each house marked “Active” in your list of houses. Paused or inactive houses don't count, and helpers are unlimited on every plan.
Nothing stops working. You get a notice and 30 days to change your plan. After that, new houses need a bigger plan.
The chat, visit and request messages Klinvi translates between English, Portuguese and Spanish. If the month's run out, messages keep arriving, just untranslated, until the 1st.
